"Will the Prime Minister confirm whether she spoke to President Erdoğan of Turkey at the G20 summit? If so, ​did she ask him about the reasons why the Cyprus talks in Switzerland broke down again without resolution last week?"

"Did the Prime Minister have an opportunity to speak to the President of Cyprus and express her support for the settlement talks between the Greek and Turkish Cypriot leaders, which are due to recommence in Switzerland on Wednesday?"

As the first MP whose parents are both Cypriot, I am dedicated to a bi-zonal bi-communal federation in Cyprus.

As part of this commitment I have pledged to:

Respect the fundamental freedoms and human rights of all Cypriots.

Allow Cypriots to determine their own future by ensuring that Cyprus only serves Cypriot interests, and not the interests of third countries.

Reunify the island and its people, provide for the return of refugees and determine the fate of the missing persons.

Safeguard Cyprus' full independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity according to international law without any foreign interference.

Allow Cyprus to fully function as a European state and member of the UN

Maintain the credibility and reliability of Cyprus in the region as a UK partner.
