I was proud to speak in a Westminster Hall debate on ADHD and autism assessments.

One in 20 people in the UK reportedly have ADHD. And while awareness has increased and a lot more people – especially women – are openly talking about ADHD and seeking a diagnosis, there remain severe delays and barriers to diagnosis and treatment for ADHD in the UK today.

As the Chair of the APPG for ADHD, I urged the Government to act now to improve ADHD treatment and diagnosis so we can start to break down the barriers to success that people across the country continue to face in their everyday lives.
