Disabled children have suffered disproportionately during the pandemic due to missed education and lack of assessment. Now, there is also a huge shortage of educational psychologists delaying Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans for children and young people.
I asked the Education Minister what is being done to help these children get the support and services they need to catch up.
