This week, the Government announced that face coverings must be worn on public transport and in shops unless you are exempt. This comes amid the spread of the Omicron coronavirus variant.

I welcome these measures, as we all need to do our bit to ensure we avoid further restrictions, starting by wearing a face covering unless exempt and getting a booster jab if eligible.
