I am supporting Rosie Cooper’s Private Members’ Bill which will declare British Sign Language an official language of the UK and transform the rights and lives of Deaf people across the country.
The Bill has its second reading on Friday 28th January and I am pleased to back the Bill as it will help to break down barriers for people across the UK.
