The cost of living crisis isn’t over and people in our community are still struggling to make ends meet. That’s why I believe we needed a long-term plan from the Government in last week’s Budget.
Instead, we got more of the same from a tired Tory government with the wrong priorities: Opportunities missed and working people paying the price for 13 years of economic failure. I voted against the Tory tax break for the richest 1%, which is clearly the wrong priority during a cost of living crisis.
