Off-Peak Train Services Doubled

Do you travel from Palmers Green, Bowes Park, or Alexandra Palace?

Last year, I met with Great Northern and discussed the real need for an increase in services for our community, and I am delighted to see it coming into effect.

From the 14th of December, the number of services during the middle of the day will be doubled! That means four trains per hour between Hertford North and Moorgate, Monday to Saturday.

I hear from so many constituents struggling with jam packed platforms and reduced services since Covid. This will make a really big difference to people in Enfield and Haringey, with better connections into London and easier commutes home.

I am still pushing Lord Hendy for better step-free access along the network, as I know residents are struggling and many won’t be able to access these new services.
