It was an honour to speak in Parliament to pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II on behalf of people in Enfield Southgate.
In our grief, we remember a lifetime dedicated to extraordinary public service.
Looking back on her Coronation in 1953, Enfield celebrated just as we did for her Platinum Jubilee only a few months ago. Because for seventy years, she embodied and represented our nation, at home and abroad.
May she rest in peace.
