I know many constituents have been impacted by service disruption and cancellations on the Great Northern Line recently, and I’ve raised this with Thameslink and Great Northern Railways.

As more people return to work, it is vital we have frequent service and I am pleased to say that Great Northern are aware of disruption due to the ongoing impact of Covid and are responding with additional services, including 4 additional trains which have been added to the service this week.

Further changes to the timetable will be implemented later this month to ensure a reliable and punctual service as passengers become more confidence using public transport.
